Wholesale or high-value orders will be sent with tracking details once your order has been despatched.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
All our candles are hand-poured. Please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait. Our website is closely monitored and updated daily so, this should minimize any disappointments.
FREE UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class-Signed For) will be applied to all orders over £100. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £100 in value. Once discount code MAGIC100 has been applied, your order will then qualify for free UK delivery. (This does not include sale items or promotional items)

All our UK shipping prices are based on weight. We dispatch our orders between Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day (which will fall on a Monday).

We will process your refund (excluding delivery costs) as soon as we receive your parcel.
We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fail to reach us.
