Step #1 Take a shower before soaking since this will clean you (your physical body) and the intent of the bath will be strictly to relax and clear the blockages.

Step #2 Make sure that the tub you are using is clean and relaxing. Make the bathroom your sacred space for this time. Light some  candles, and burn some aromatherapy oils and or incense.

Step #3 Decide on the intention of the bath. I would suggest writing those things down in a journal before your bath. You can release them by speaking them out loud during the "spiritual bath". The energy you give to this bath is what you will get back.

Step #4 Boil the herb pack for about 10 -15 minutes to release energy and benefits of the herbs, Then once boiled set it aside in the bathroom to cool down as you will need it later once you get into the bath. 

Step #5 Fill the tub with clean water and add your additions such as oils, crystal, Himalayan pink salt, sea salts, and epson salt packet as they are known for their healing properties and the ability to draw out toxins and any impurities from the body.

Step #6 You can choose to be in silence or have a meditation or relaxing sound playing.

Step #7 Once you have set your intention, take some deep breaths and now you would take the herbs you boiled and pour it all over your body while focused on your intention (you can also say your intentions over and over again like an affirmation while pouring the herb water over your body) Now remember if you are trying to receive something eg abundance the you would cover the herb water over your body starting from your feet, with your hands bringing it all the way up your body (make sure to cover your head) this this motion is bringing what your focused on towards you.  

If you are trying to rid something out of your life for eg bad energy, them you would do the reverse starting from the top of your head going all the way down to your feet as this motion is ridding what you are focused on out of your life. When you are ready you may close the ritual.

Step #8 Spend 20-30 minutes in your spiritual bath.
